The wee hours of her birthday morning started out a little scary, because of the loud garbage truck outside her window, so she needed to get into bed with Mom and Dad.
Then she was a little grumpy, even with her birthday breakfast cinnamon roll.
Once she got some food in her belly, the day was much happier!

Claire was so excited to blow out the candles on her cake, she didn't even wait for us to finishing singing to her. Now she's about ready to take a big bite without me cutting a piece first.
